Welcome to Nan Arts Dance Studio! To protect the rights of all students and parents and to maintain a positive and professional learning environment, please read and follow the policies below carefully.

 

1. 每户家庭首次注册需缴纳一次性注册费$10，不予退还。
 A one-time non-refundable registration fee of $10 per family is required upon first enrollment.
2. 所有课程按学期收费，开课前需一次性缴清。课程时长及费用标准请参见最新课程安排表。
 Tuition is paid by semester and must be paid in full before the start of the session. Please refer to the current schedule for class duration and pricing.
3. 支持现金、Zelle、PayPal 等方式付款，缴费后请保留付款凭证。
 We accept cash, Zelle, or PayPal. Please keep your proof of payment after submission.

 

1. 请假需提前至少24小时通知老师，因病请假请尽早沟通。
 Absences must be reported at least 24 hours in advance. Sick leave should be communicated as early as possible.
2. 缺课可在当期学期内安排至其他班级进行补课（须提前与老师协调，视班级容量情况而定），逾期作废，不予退款。
 Missed classes can be made up in another class during the same semester, subject to availability and prior approval. Expired make-ups will not be refunded.
3. 缺课者不得将课程转让或赠予他人，所有课程仅限注册学员本人使用。
 Missed classes are non-transferable. All classes must be attended by the registered student only.
4. 若课程因工作室原因取消，将统一安排补课或退费。
 If a class is canceled due to studio reasons, a make-up session or refund will be arranged.

 

1. 请学员准时上下课，家长须负责接送儿童，确保安全。
 Students must arrive and leave on time. Parents are responsible for drop-off and pick-up.
2. 学员需穿着规定服装（如有）并携带所需舞蹈用品。
 Students are required to wear designated attire (if applicable) and bring necessary dance items.
3. 上课期间请听从老师指挥，不得打闹或干扰课堂秩序。
 Students must follow instructor directions and maintain discipline during class. No disruptive behavior is allowed.

 

1. 工作室将尽最大努力保障安全，但对因不可抗力或个人行为引发的意外不承担责任。
 The studio will do its best to ensure safety, but is not responsible for accidents due to unforeseen or personal circumstances.
2. 家长须在上课前签署免责协议。
 A liability waiver must be signed by parents before classes begin.
3. 建议家长为孩子购买个人意外保险。
 Parents are encouraged to obtain personal accident insurance for their child.

 

1. 工作室将定期举办汇演、比赛或展示，具体时间将提前通知。
 The studio will hold performances, competitions, or showcases, with details announced in advance.
2. 是否参与演出完全自愿，但一经报名，须参加所有排练和正式演出，不得无故缺席。
 Participation is voluntary, but once signed up, attendance at all rehearsals and the final performance is mandatory.
3. 参演学员须保持良好出勤率，并按时完成课程内容。
 Students participating in performances must maintain good attendance and keep up with class content.
4. 演出如涉及服装、化妆、道具等费用，将由家长自行承担，并提前说明。
 Parents are responsible for any costume, makeup, or prop fees involved in the performance.
5. 工作室有权根据学员出勤、表现决定是否适合参演。
 The studio reserves the right to determine a student’s eligibility based on attendance and class behavior.

 

1. 课堂或演出期间可能拍摄照片或视频用于宣传，默认视为同意。如不同意请提前告知。
 Photos/videos may be taken during classes or events for promotional use. If you do not consent, please inform us in writing in advance.

参赛费用与安排
Competition Fees & Arrangements
1. 如为外州比赛，相关费用将按实际发生金额分摊，由所有参赛学员家庭共同承担。
 For out-of-state competitions, all actual travel expenses will be shared equally among the participating families.
2. 比赛报名费用不包含在常规课程费用内，详情请参考比赛班缴费课程表。
 Competition registration fees are not included in regular tuition. Please refer to the official tuition schedule for the competition team.
3. 所有演出服和比赛服须自费购买。如需购买团体服或训练服，由老师统一选款并组织订购。
 All performance and competition costumes must be purchased at your own expense. If team uniforms or training attire are required, the instructor will select and coordinate a group order.

上课要求
Class Requirements
1. 所有比赛班学员必须统一按照规定着装，包括舞蹈服、舞鞋、发型等。如有特殊情况请提前请假说明。
 All competition team students must strictly follow the dress code, including dance attire, shoes, and hairstyle. Please inform the instructor in advance if special circumstances arise.
2. 上课期间不得迟到或早退。请家长协助确保学员提前到达并按时完成整堂课程。
 Students must not be late or leave early. Parents are expected to assist in ensuring students arrive on time and stay for the full class.

补课与缺课规定
Make-Up & Absence Policy
1. 如因特殊原因缺课，可在本学期内协调补课，但须提前告知老师并获得确认。
 If a class is missed due to special circumstances, a make-up session may be arranged within the same semester, subject to instructor approval.
2. 比赛队排练具有高度连贯性，请尽量避免缺课，以免影响整体编排效果。
 Consistent attendance is crucial for group choreography. Please avoid frequent absences, as they can affect the team's overall performance.
3. 比赛班为强化训练课程，建议学员至少坚持一年以上，非特殊原因不建议中途退出。
 The competition team is an advanced, goal-oriented program. Students are expected to commit for at least one year; mid-season withdrawal is discouraged unless due to exceptional circumstances.

家长配合与支持
Parental Support & Involvement
1. 比赛班的训练与参赛离不开家长的理解与支持，请积极鼓励孩子并配合教学安排。
 Parental understanding and support are vital for competition training. Please encourage your child and work with the instructors.
2. 如遇加课或时间调整，请家长尽量配合，无法出席者请提前通知老师。
 For schedule changes or additional rehearsals, we ask parents to cooperate as much as possible. If attendance is not possible, please notify the instructor in advance.
3. 家长及学员应学习基础舞台妆技巧，并积极配合演出中的妆容、服装及时间安排。
 Parents and students should learn basic stage makeup and assist with costumes, makeup, and scheduling during performances.

队服与比赛服装
Team Uniforms & Performance Costumes
1. 所有已缴费用一律不退，亦不得转让。
 All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. 每次比赛所需的舞蹈服装及配饰将另行通知并单独收费，费用根据款式与定制情况而定，统一由老师选购。
 Dance costumes and accessories for each competition will be announced and billed separately. Fees will vary based on design and customization, and all selections will be made by the instructor.

剧目选择与执行
Routine Selection & Compliance
1. 比赛节目编排及选曲将由老师全权决定，请家长和学员尊重老师的专业判断。
 All choreography and music selections will be made solely by the instructors. We ask parents and students to respect their professional decisions.
2. 学员需积极配合排练，并严格执行老师提出的训练及演出要求。
 Students are expected to participate actively in rehearsals and follow all performance and training instructions from the instructor.

节目版权与署名规定
Choreography Ownership & Performance Rights
1. 所有比赛和演出作品的编舞及艺术版权归Nan Arts Dance Studio 所有。
 All choreography and creative works produced for competition or performance are the property of Nan Arts Dance Studio.
2. 如学员需在校外或其他机构再次使用或演出比赛节目，必须提前征得老师同意，并署名“Nan Arts Dance Studio”及原编舞老师姓名。
 If a student wishes to perform any part of a competition routine outside the studio, they must obtain prior permission and give proper credit to "Nan Arts Dance Studio" and the choreographer.
